Absolutely! We highly encourage taking a trial class to get a feel for Jiu Jitsu but you are certainly able to come and watch if you wish.
Gracie Barra’s motto is “Jiu Jitsu For Everyone”. This philosophy is a core belief. We have student from as young as 3 all the way into the 70’s.

None. Many people think that they need to “get in shape” before starting Jiu Jitsu. This is not true. By practicing Jiu Jitsu you will improve your overall health and well being plus a myriad of other attributes.
Prepare to have fun! Please bring your Gracie Barra Approved Gi, if you don’t have one you can purchase one from us or use a loaner. You’ll also want to bring flip flops, and water bottle.
Classes are an hour long and consist of warm ups, technique demonstration and practice.
Adult Ranks are as follows:
White->Blue->Purple->Brown->Black->Red/Black->Red/White-> Red
Kids use a different belt system until they reach the age of 16:
White->Yellow->Orange-> Green
